DMCA Policy — Copyright Takedown

DirtyOnline respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using this site.

We do not host content on behalf of paying customers and we have no interest in keeping material that does not belong here. If you are the copyright owner, tell us and it comes down.

How to send a notice

Either use the form below, or email [email protected] directly. Whichever you choose, the notice has to contain all of the following, because the law requires it and because we cannot act on a notice we cannot verify:

  • The copyrighted work. Describe the work you believe has been infringed, or list them if there are several.
  • The material on this site. Give the exact address of every page you are complaining about, so there is no doubt which video is meant.
  • Your contact details. Full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement of good faith. That you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement of accuracy. That the information is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, or authorised to act for that owner.
  • Your signature. Typing your full legal name below counts as an electronic signature.

What happens next

We read every notice. Material that infringes is removed as quickly as we can manage, usually the same day. We may keep a record of the notice and of what was removed.
